After several weeks on display, the recently extended exhibition Out of Africa: Roots of Modern Art will close with a dance performance from the renowned Ballet Nimba and a talk from special guest lecturer Dr Amanda Villepastour.
Traditional masks and sculptures will be for sale and any profits will go towards the Centre’s redevelopment plans which aim to incubate and showcase diverse arts in Wales.
Out of Africa: Roots of Modern Art is a powerful exhibition of 'tribal art’ from West and Central Africa that contributed to Early modernist artists including Cubists, Surrealists, Dadaists and others.
The exhibition is curated by Dr Glenn Jordan
