Reset LIVE is a 6-week ONLINE course for parents who want a better work-life balance. With bite-sized audios and practical takeaways, in as little as 15 minutes a day, you will identify your challenges, get clear on your priorities, ditch the guilt and find the balance that’s right for you.
Reset LIVE is a bracing and uplifting experience, for you to learn skills and strategies that will last a lifetime. Alongside a supportive community your course will include a bespoke Media Cymru module addressing the unique challenges you face in the screen sector.

You will be able to access all materials online so you can progress at your own pace.
The community and weekly live session provide opportunities for you to learn from other parents and ask questions along the way. These sessions will be recorded so you can always catch up at a time that suits you.

Media Cymru are providing funding for places on The Reset Programme in partnership with Working Parent Network.
Any parents working in or looking to return to the screen sector, who are living or working in Wales can apply.
Reset LIVE starts on Monday 3rd March and runs until Friday 11th April 2025 with live sessions every Tuesday at 12pm, these are recorded so you can always catch up at a time that suits you.
Reset LIVE is 100% online and mobile friendly. The weekly hour long live session will be recorded so you can always catch up at a time that suits you.
The deadline to apply is 16 February 2025. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You will be contacted by a representative from Working Parent Network before your place is confirmed.
We reserve the right to close the application process early, should applications exceed the allocated 13 places.
